The Role:
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will lead our user acquisition and engagement strategy for our free kids' book platform (App & Web). The primary mission is to aggressively scale our user base (Installs & Signups) while optimizing for user quality to maximize Reading Time and retention. This role is responsible for enhancing our tracking infrastructure and managing multichannel campaigns that turn casual browsers into loyal, daily readers.

The Role:
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will lead our user acquisition and engagement strategy for our free kids' book platform (App & Web). The primary mission is to aggressively scale our user base (Installs & Signups) while optimizing for user quality to maximize Reading Time and retention. This role is responsible for enhancing our tracking infrastructure and managing multichannel campaigns that turn casual browsers into loyal, daily readers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute daily paid campaigns across multiple channels (specifically Google Ads and Meta), focusing on maximizing App Installs and Web Signups to effectively reach parents and kids.
- Tracking Strategy: Define and lead the tracking strategy by identifying required user events (e.g., "Signup," "Page Read") to ensure ads target users who actually read content, rather than just those who install the app.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data against retention metrics and reading time to identify trends and shift budgets toward high-quality user sources.
- Creative Optimization: Brief the Creative Team on high-performing ad formats and test new angles to improve engagement rates and lower acquisition costs.
- User Journey Optimization: Advise on user flows that increase both website and mobile app usage, capturing traffic across platforms to convert them into loyal users.
- Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities in bidding and reporting to scale results efficiently.
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience running integrated ads across multiple platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta
- Strategic understanding of tracking and measurement (Pixels, Events, MMPs) and ability to guide developers
- Experience scaling mobile apps is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
