The Role
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead user acquisition and engagement strategy for Booktime (App & Web), with a primary focus on scaling installs, signups, and high-quality active users.
The role includes managing multichannel paid campaigns, enhancing tracking infrastructure, optimizing user journeys, and improving retention and reading time. You will collaborate closely with product, content, creative, and development teams to drive measurable growth across the entire user lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to scale app installs and web signups
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
Define and lead tracking strategy (Pixels, Events, MMPs) to ensure accurate performance measurement
Identify and implement user events (e.g., Signup, Page Read, Retention milestones) to improve user quality targeting
Analyze campaign performance against KPIs including CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and active users (readers)
Allocate and shift budgets toward high-performing channels and audience segments
Collaborate with the creative team to test new ad formats, messaging angles, and performance-driven concepts
Optimize user acquisition funnels and user journeys across web and mobile platforms
Identify automation opportunities in bidding, reporting, and campaign optimization
Stay current with digital advertising trends, privacy updates, and platform algorithm changes

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Proven experience scaling mobile apps or digital platforms
Strategic understanding of tracking infrastructure (Pixels, Events, MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust)
Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics tools
Experience optimizing campaigns based on retention and engagement metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
