We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
The role includes managing paid media campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing ROI, and applying best practices in digital marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and ensure continuous improvement across the customer acquisition funnel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ad network accounts, making daily adjustments
- Report on conversion metrics across our multichannel campaigns
- Assist in planning media buying campaigns
- Specify important tracking events and work with our technical team to validate their accuracy
- Work with the content team to ensure we have the right balance of formats and messaging for our digital campaigns
- Assist in identify opportunities for improvement of systems, processes, practices, cost reduction, and productivity
- Work with data analysts to optimise campaign efficiency whilst we continue to scale
- Assist in investigating and implementing automation techniques, particularly in Google Ads
- 0 to 3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience running multichannel campaigns is plus.
- Excellent English level.
